1. Introduction
Welcome to the Emdek Platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By using the Emdek application (“Application”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Application constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Definitions
- Customer: User requesting container services.
- Service Provider: Licensed entity executing field operations.
- Driver: Authorized individual fulfilling service requests.
- Service: Supplying, replacing, lifting, or emptying containers.
- Container: Officially approved waste container.
3. Scope of Service
The Platform operates as a technical intermediary connecting customers with service providers for construction and solid waste management services within authorized regions of Saudi Arabia.
4. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate location and waste information.
- Select appropriate container types.
- Ensure safe access and adequate space.
- Comply with municipal and environmental regulations.
5. Waste Segregation
Mixing different waste types in a single container is strictly prohibited, including oils or chemical substances with construction waste.
6. Liability
The Platform shall not be liable for violations arising from incorrect information or regulatory non-compliance by the Customer.
